Modular Kitchen — the questions we get asked.
- A standard 8x10 ft kitchen typically lands between ₹1.45 lakh and ₹2.4 lakh at Essential, ₹2.4 lakh to ₹4.2 lakh at Premium, and above that for luxury finishes. The quotation is line by line, so you can see exactly where the money goes.
- Manufacturing runs 20 to 28 days after you approve the final drawings, and site installation is usually 3 to 5 days. If civil work such as tiling or plumbing shifts is involved, add roughly a week.
- BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine-grade plywood, at minimum for the base units and the sink run. In Kolkata's humidity, MDF and ordinary MR ply swell at the bottom edge — and that damage is not repairable.
- Yes, and its length follows the specification tier you choose. The units themselves carry 5 years at Essential, 10 at Premium and 15 at Luxury; hinges, channels and handles carry 2, 5 and 10 years across the same tiers.
