- For a typical 12x16 ft living room, expect ₹1.8 lakh to ₹3.2 lakh for an Essential fit-out covering the TV unit, false ceiling, lighting and paint. Premium schemes with veneer panelling and a custom sofa generally run ₹3.2 lakh to ₹6.2 lakh.
- We manufacture sofas, beds and dining sets in our own Rajarhat workshop — built to your room's dimensions and your preferred firmness.
- Yes, and we would encourage it where a piece is good. Send photographs and dimensions at the consultation and we will design the scheme so the existing pieces look intentional rather than left over.
