General
Working with Canvas & Brick.
- Everything between an empty flat and move-in: design and 3D visualisation, modular and custom furniture, false ceilings, electrical and plumbing, painting, flooring, lighting, curtains and final deep cleaning — one contract, one schedule, one point of accountability.
- A turnkey 2 BHK typically runs ₹8 lakh to ₹11.5 lakh at Essential and ₹11.5 lakh to ₹17 lakh at Premium; a 3 BHK, ₹11 lakh to ₹16 lakh and ₹16 lakh to ₹24 lakh. Luxury sits above that. A free site visit turns that band into an itemised figure for your own flat.
- 45 to 60 days for a standard 2 or 3 BHK from design sign-off, 25 to 35 days for kitchen-only projects, 70 to 90 days for full renovations with civil work. The completion date is written into your contract.
- No. Consultation, site visit, measurement and the initial design concept are all free. You pay only after approving an itemised quotation.
- A booking amount to start design, an instalment on drawing approval, another at installation, and the balance at handover — staged against visible progress and written into the contract.
- Our core area is Kolkata and the surrounding districts — Rajarhat, New Town, Salt Lake, Howrah, Barasat and everything between. Further afield case by case, if we can service the warranty properly.
- Yes — some clients do for painting or flooring. We only ask that interface points, like electrical positions behind our units, are agreed before production starts.
- It depends on the specification tier of the item. Manufactured items — wardrobes, kitchen units, storage — carry 5 years at Essential, 10 years at Premium and 15 years at Luxury. Hardware such as hinges, channels and handles carries 2, 5 and 10 years across the same tiers. Appliances and third-party fittings carry their manufacturer warranty, registered in your name at handover. Full terms are on our Terms of Use page, and the periods that apply to your project are written into your contract.
- Yes — room by room behind dust barriers, with the noisiest stages compressed into a defined block. It takes longer than an empty flat, and we will tell you by how much.
- Regularly — weekly photo and video updates, milestone walkthroughs and a nominated local contact. Several projects have been signed off entirely over video.

Roughly ₹1,300 to ₹1,800 per sq ft for a laminate openable wardrobe on BWR ply, and ₹1,900 to ₹2,900 per sq ft for sliding or acrylic-finish units with full internal organisation. Wardrobes are quoted on shutter area, so ceiling height affects the total directly.

More on tv unitWhere should the mandir be placed according to Vastu?
The north-east corner is traditionally preferred, with the person praying facing east or north. We work with your family's practice and the flat's actual plan.
More on mandir unitHow much does a crockery unit cost in Kolkata?
A laminate unit with a glass display section and base storage typically runs ₹42,000 to ₹75,000. Veneer units with lit shelving, a quartz serving counter and a bar section fall between ₹75,000 and ₹1.55 lakh.
More on crockery unitHow much space does an entryway console need?
Three feet of wall is enough for a genuinely useful console — closed shoe storage below, a drop surface at 32 inches and a mirror above. We have built workable versions in 2.5 feet where the lobby is tight.
More on console & decor unitsHow do I fit a dining area into a 2 BHK?
A four-seat round or square table needs about 7x7 ft including circulation. The usual move is to place it against the crockery wall, use a round top so there are no corners in the walkway, and let a slim wall unit carry the storage.
More on dining roomWhat is the difference between this and the modular kitchen service?
The modular kitchen service covers the cabinetry. This covers the entire room — countertop, backsplash, plumbing, electrical, ceiling and lighting, sequenced as one project.

Roughly ₹850 to ₹1,400 per sq ft for workstations, ceiling, lighting and paint. Cabins, glass partitions and acoustic treatment take it to ₹1,400 to ₹2,200; bespoke joinery with full AV sits above that.
