These terms govern your use of https://canvasbrick.com. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — the contract for any project we carry out for you is a separate document, signed at the point of booking.

Pricing and estimates

All prices, price bands and calculator outputs on this site are indicative only. They are published to help you plan, and they are not offers capable of acceptance. Actual pricing depends on your dimensions, material selections, site conditions and scope, and is confirmed in a written itemised quotation following a site visit. Only that signed quotation is binding.

Timelines

Timelines shown on this site are typical ranges from completed projects. The completion date for your project is the one written into your contract, and it is affected by the speed of your own decisions on materials and drawings, by site access, and by any society or municipal permissions required.

Photographs

Images on this site illustrate the type and standard of work we carry out. Finishes, dimensions and materials vary between projects. Nothing shown here is a representation that your project will be identical.

Product warranty

Warranty length depends on the specification tier of the item supplied, and on whether the item is a manufactured product or a piece of hardware. The periods below are the standard ones. Whichever applies to your project is the one written into your signed contract, and it runs from the date of handover.

Products and manufactured items — wardrobes, kitchen units, storage, beds and other made furniture:

• Essential items — 5 years
• Premium items — 10 years
• Luxury items — 15 years

Hardware and fittings — hinges, channels, handles and any other hardware, to the same tiers:

• Essential — 2 years
• Premium — 5 years
• Luxury — 10 years

Warranty applies to normal domestic use and to the exclusions stated in your contract. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, water ingress from outside our work, alteration or repair by anybody other than us, or ordinary wear on finishes. Appliances and third-party fittings carry their manufacturer's warranty, not ours; we register them in your name at handover.

Anything mentioned or not mentioned here, and any claim falling outside these terms, is settled at the discretion of the shop owner.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve capacity. We aim to respond within one working day but do not guarantee it. Please do not submit anyone else's personal details without their permission.

Intellectual property

The content, design drawings, photographs and text on this site belong to Canvas & Brick Interiors unless otherwise credited. You may view and share pages, but not reproduce the content commercially without written permission.

Third-party links

This site links to external services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative information published here rather than on a signed quotation or contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
