What is a turnkey interior project?
“Turnkey” means one contract and one company delivers everything inside the flat — you turn the key and move in. From our own Rajarhat workshop, Canvas & Brick delivers turnkey interior design and build across Rajarhat, New Town and Kolkata, bare shell to move-in.

- Full design development and 3D visualisation of every room
- Itemised quotation covering the entire scope
- All modular and custom joinery, manufactured in-house
- Modular kitchen with tall units, corner pull-outs and stone counters
- Wardrobes, TV units and storage measured floor to ceiling
- Crockery, study, bar and console units built to the wall
- Carved mandir or pooja unit to your specification
- False ceiling, cove and profile lighting
- Electrical rewiring, point shifting and switch planning
- Plumbing shifts, sink and drain work
- Tiling, flooring and waterproofing where required
- Complete painting, texture and wallpaper work
- Veneer, laminate and fluted feature walls
- Curtains, blinds and soft furnishing coordination
- Balcony, utility and false-ceiling detailing
- Site deep-clean, snag closure and handover walkthrough
Not included
- Appliances and sanitaryware, unless you ask us to procure them
- Structural alterations requiring municipal approval
- Society deposits, permissions and lift charges

Turnkey Interiors — what people ask.
- 45 to 60 days for a standard 2 or 3 BHK from design sign-off; 70 to 90 days for renovations with demolition and civil work. The date goes into your contract before work begins.
- A booking amount to begin design, an instalment on drawing approval, another at installation, and the balance at handover — each tied to progress you can physically see.
- You hear it early, with the reason and a revised date. Where the delay is ours, we compensate as set out in the contract.
- We recommend not — the civil and painting stages are genuinely unpleasant. If unavoidable, we phase it room by room with dust barriers; it adds roughly three weeks.
