We are not taking construction bookings yet, and would rather say so than take a deposit on something we cannot schedule. Turnkey interiors are fully available in the meantime.
Residential construction
Independent houses, duplexes and small residential buildings — handed over finished, with the interiors included rather than tendered separately.
Commercial construction
Retail, office and showroom builds, taking the same single-contractor accountability we apply to interior fit-outs.
Structure to interiors, one contract
Electrical routes, plumbing runs and joinery planned together from the outset instead of retrofitted around each other.
The same material discipline
Fifty years of buying materials with our own money teaches you which specifications matter — from timber to concrete and steel.
